We begin every search with a refundable $500 deposit. This allows our team to start sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates. The deposit is fully applied toward your final recruiting fee based on the agreed salary.
Candidate Selection & Offer Signed
Once you select your ideal candidate and the offer is signed, the first month’s fee is paid upfront. This ensures your new team member is paid on time and begins their role smoothly from day one. The initial deposit is applied at this stage.
Onboarding & 6-Month Guarantee
Every hire includes a six-month perfect-hire guarantee. If expectations are not met during this period, we provide a replacement at no additional recruiting cost, giving you confidence and peace of mind.
